The Art of the Unfurl

Oolong is a defined by transformation. Unlike other harvests, these hand-rolled leaves are meant to be revisited, revealing new layers of their story with every subsequent pour.

To respect the artistry of the oxidation, we recommend a patient approach. Use water just under a boil and allow the first steep to merely "awaken" the leaves. By the third infusion, you will find the soul of the tea has fully stepped into the light.
